The Project Coordinator will coordinate fit-out and joinery workstreams across projects and help ensure activities progress on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate fit-out and joinery workstreams across projects.
- Act as the link between clients, designers, engineers, site teams, and the joinery production team.
- Ensure project activities progress smoothly, on time, and within the required scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of project coordination experience in fit-out, joinery, interior design, or construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple fit-out and joinery activities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, interior design, joinery, and shop drawings.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with clients, designers, site teams, engineers, and production teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
