- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, and corporate sectors
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and client meetings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert prospects into long term clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with estimation, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at client meetings, site inspections, and networking events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development within maintenance, fit out, renovation, landscaping, construction, facilities management, or technical services
- Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and corporate project requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
