About the Role
Fixen Technical Services LLC is hiring a Procurement Cum Driver to purchase construction materials and deliver them to project sites in Dubai. The role requires a valid UAE driving license, 2+ years of procurement and driving experience, and knowledge of construction materials.

Responsibilities
- Purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment from approved suppliers
- Source quotations and negotiate competitive prices
- Coordinate with project engineers and operations team for timely procurement
- Deliver and collect materials, documents, and equipment to/from project sites and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
- Ensure all purchased items meet project specifications and quality requirements
- Maintain procurement records, delivery notes, and purchase receipts
- Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure timely transportation
- Keep the company vehicle clean and ensure routine maintenance
- Comply with all UAE traffic rules and company safety policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and driving, preferably in construction or technical services
- Valid UAE driving license
- Knowledge of maintenance, renovation, fit out, and joinery materials is an advantage
- Familiarity with suppliers and hardware markets in the UAE
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and email)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Requirements

- Valid UAE driving license.
- Familiarity with suppliers and hardware markets in the UAE.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and email).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
