Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
- Create engaging marketing content including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate photography and videography of completed projects
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Optimize website and digital content for SEO
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in construction, technical services, real estate, fit out, or renovation industry
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills are an advantage

- Fixen Technical Services LLC is a fast growing technical services company specializing in villa and apartment renovations, fit out works, maintenance services, MEP, AC services, joinery, painting, deep cleaning, and complete property solutions across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms
- Create engaging marketing content including graphics, videos, reels, project highlights, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate photography and videography of completed renovation, fit out, maintenance, and technical service projects
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Optimize website and digital content for SEO to improve online visibility and lead generation
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and marketing partners to increase brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to promote services
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction, technical services, real estate, fit out, or renovation industry
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
- Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills are an advantage
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities
