Responsibilities
- Perform finishing and painting works for joinery items including doors, cabinets, wardrobes, kitchens, counters, wall panels, and custom woodwork
- Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, filling, repairing, and ensuring proper surface readiness before finishing
- Apply paint, lacquer, varnish, stain, polish, and other finishing materials according to project specifications
- Perform spray painting, touch ups, color matching, and final finishing works
- Ensure smooth, clean, and defect free finishes with proper attention to details
- Mix and match colors, stains, and finishes to achieve the required appearance
- Repair minor surface imperfections, scratches, dents, and finishing defects
- Apply protective coatings and ensure durability of finished surfaces
- Inspect completed joinery works and carry out corrections when required
- Follow drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions
- Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional workmanship at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Joinery Finishing Painter, preferably in UAE/GCC
- Experience working with interior fit out and custom joinery projects
- Good knowledge of wood finishing materials, paints, coatings, and application methods
- Ability to achieve high quality finishing standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and workmanship

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Finishing Painter – Joinery to join our joinery and fit out team.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in wood finishing, spray painting, polishing, staining, and final finishing works for custom joinery items while maintaining high quality standards.
