Responsibilities
- Perform swimming pool cleaning, maintenance, and servicing for residential and commercial projects
- Test and maintain pool water quality, including chemical balancing
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, motors, valves, and control systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repair works for swimming pool systems
- Perform vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and general pool cleaning activities
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to different project locations safely
- Ensure company vehicle is maintained, clean, and used responsibly
- Assist site teams with daily maintenance tasks when required
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years UAE/GCC experience as a Swimming Pool Technician
- Valid UAE driving license
- Good knowledge of swimming pool systems, filtration, pumps, and water treatment
- Experience handling pool chemicals safely
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for pool equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage daily site visits

Job Overview
- Fixen Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Swimming Pool Technician cum Driver to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in swimming pool maintenance, water treatment, equipment troubleshooting, and site support, with a valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel to different project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform swimming pool cleaning, maintenance, and servicing works for residential and commercial projects.
- Test and maintain pool water quality, including chemical balancing (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other treatments).
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, motors, valves, and control systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repair works for swimming pool systems.
- Perform vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and general pool cleaning activities.
- Identify and report technical issues to supervisors.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to different project locations safely.
- Ensure company vehicle is maintained, clean, and used responsibly.
- Assist site teams with daily maintenance tasks when required.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE/GCC experience as a Swimming Pool Technician.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Good knowledge of swimming pool systems, filtration, pumps, and water treatment.
- Experience handling pool chemicals safely.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for pool equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily site visits.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on villa, commercial, and facility management swimming pool projects.
- Knowledge of pool automation systems is an advantage.
