Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily pest control operations and field technicians
- Plan work schedules and ensure timely completion of service assignments
- Conduct site inspections and identify pest infestations and treatment requirements
- Prepare treatment plans and ensure safe and effective application of pesticides
- Ensure technicians follow company procedures, safety standards, and municipality regulations
- Monitor service quality and conduct follow up inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, guide, and evaluate pest control technicians on proper treatment techniques and safety practices
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, and chemical usage documentation
- Manage inventory of chemicals, equipment, PPE, and consumables
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide technical recommendations
- Coordinate with operations and management to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in pest control, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, integrated pest management (IPM), pesticides, and treatment methods
- Familiarity with UAE Municipality regulations and health & safety requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prepare reports and manage daily operations efficiently
- Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Pest Control Certification
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast paced environment

Job Overview
