- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries politely

- Promote ongoing offers, promotions, and featured items
- Arrange and replenish stocks on shelves and display areas
- Ensure products are properly labeled with correct prices and barcodes
- Monitor product expiry dates and report damaged or expired items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
- Assist during stock receiving and checking
- Support inventory counting and stock verification activities
- Report low stock or fast moving items to the supervisor
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
- Assist in preparing displays during promotions, seasonal events, and special occasions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or hypermarket operations is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Job Summary
- The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining proper product display, monitoring stock availability, and supporting the daily operations of the hypermarket section assigned. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer concerns and refer major issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Arrange and replenish stocks on shelves and display areas.
- Ensure products are properly labeled with correct prices and barcodes.
- Monitor product expiry dates and report damaged or expired items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and presentable at all times.
- Assist during stock receiving and checking.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or stock team for replenishment.
- Support inventory counting and stock verification activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or hypermarket operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
