About the Role
Support smooth and efficient retail department operations that contribute directly to the guest experience.
Sell branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products using a computerized cash register.
Keep the store well stocked and clean while assisting guests with queries and purchases.
Guest Service and Sales
- Welcome guests warmly and initiate proactive communication.
- Recommend, describe, and demonstrate products using selling skills and product knowledge.
- Handle basic guest complaints on the spot and provide service-enhancing assistance.
- Support promotions and achieve set targets.
Cash and Inventory Operations
- Operate cash registers, barcode scanners, calculators, and credit card machines.
- Process payments in different currencies, vouchers, stored value cards, and credit cards.
- Arrange displays, restock shelves, and conduct product inventory.
- Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory activities.
Store Standards
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure products are properly displayed and labeled.
- Maintain product knowledge and follow brand standards.
Job Essentials
- Higher secondary education or equivalent is required.
- Moderate verbal communication skills are required.
- Basic cash-handling knowledge and good communication skills are required.
- The role requires working in all weather conditions and the physical ability to carry or lift items and climb ladders.
Job Desirables
- Previous retail experience is desirable.
- Previous experience handling guest complaints is desirable.
- Previous cash-handling experience is desirable.
- Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin language ability is an advantage.
