Restaurant Supervisor

**Employment Type:** **Full-Time**

Supervise, lead, and motivate the front-of-house team, including waiting staff, hosts, and bar staff, to deliver outstanding service.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from opening to closing.

Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and the overall flow of the dining room to optimise capacity and guest satisfaction.

Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, promptly and professionally resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.

Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menus, service standards, and procedures.

Uphold and enforce high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant, in compliance with all local regulations.

Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and daily sales reporting.

Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, targets, and important operational information to the team.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

A comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
