Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, warm, and highly personalized concierge experience for residents of AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Welcome residents, their families, and guests; manage arrivals and departures; oversee luggage and package handling
- Act as a central point of contact, creating an effortless and refined residential journey
- Support, motivate, and coordinate Doormen, Lobby Hosts, Wellness Hosts, and Valet teams
- Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with residents and internal teams
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of residence policies, facilities, and daily operations
- Remain flexible, supporting operational needs across day and night shifts and ensuring thorough handovers
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, branded residence, or premium customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high expectation environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English fluency required; additional languages are an advantage

What you'll do
- You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, warm, and highly personalized concierge experience for the residents of AVA at Palm Jumeirah.
- You’ll also welcome residents, their families, and guests, manage arrivals and departures, oversee luggage and package handling, and act as a central point of contact.
- You will support, motivate, and coordinate Doormen, Lobby Hosts, Wellness Hosts, and Valet teams.
- You will maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with residents and internal teams.
- You will remain flexible, supporting operational needs across day and night shifts and ensuring thorough and effective handovers between shifts.
What you'll bring

- You have a talent for building meaningful relationships, anticipating resident needs, managing multiple requests with precision, and delivering intuitive, polished service.
- You bring 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, branded residence, or premium customer service environment.
- You are well‑organized, adaptable, and confident working independently, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English is the primary language used at AVA. Additional languages are an advantage.
