- Welcome residents, families, and guests; manage arrivals and departures

- Support, motivate, and coordinate Doormen, Lobby Hosts, Wellness Hosts, and Valet teams
- Maintain clear communication with residents and internal teams
Requirements
- 1 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel, branded residence, or premium customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high expectation environment
- Fluency in English

What You'll Do
- Deliver seamless, warm, and highly personalized concierge experience for residents
- Welcome residents, families, and guests; manage arrivals and departures
- Oversee luggage and package handling
- Act as central point of contact for residents
- Support, motivate, and coordinate Doormen, Lobby Hosts, Wellness Hosts, and Valet teams
- Maintain clear communication with residents and internal teams
- Remain flexible, supporting operational needs across day and night shifts
