A Dubai real estate developer is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive residential property sales.
The role focuses on investors, high-net-worth individuals, end-users, and residential property transactions.
Compensation
- The stated budget is up to AED 10,000 per month.
Experience and qualifications
- At least two years of Dubai real estate sales experience is required.
- Developer-side real estate experience is mandatory.
- Candidates need direct residential property sales experience and a record of closing transactions and achieving targets.
- Candidates should have experience with investors, HNWIs, and end-users and strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Fluency in English and at least one of Russian, Turkish, Italian, or Spanish is required.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Drive direct residential property sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop relationships with investors, HNWIs, end-users, and other high-value clients.
- Generate leads through personal networks and direct client engagement.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and property presentations through negotiation and closure.
- Recommend suitable residential property and investment opportunities based on client needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends, developments, and investment opportunities.
