Role overview
A UAE real estate developer is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer.
The role leads brand strategy, customer acquisition, project launches, and marketing growth across local, regional, and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead corporate and project-level marketing and brand strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
- Drive end-to-end launches for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Manage integrated digital, performance, OOH, PR, social, activation, and property portal campaigns.
- Develop acquisition strategies for buyers, investors, HNWIs, and broker networks.
- Work with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality, conversions, customer journeys, and ROAS.
- Oversee multimillion-dirham budgets and agency partners.
- Monitor market, competitor, pricing, and buyer behavior trends.
- Lead marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- At least 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Previous CMO, Marketing Director, VP Marketing, or equivalent senior marketing leadership experience.
- Direct client-side experience with a UAE real estate developer is mandatory.
- Successful launches and commercialization of major off-plan UAE real estate projects.
