A leading Dubai real estate developer is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager.
The role focuses on residential property sales and relationships with investors, HNWIs, and end-users.
Compensation
- Budget is up to AED 10,000 per month.
Location
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Drive direct residential property sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop relationships with investors, HNWIs, end-users, and other high-value clients.
- Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and manage the sales cycle through closure.
- Recommend suitable residential properties and investment opportunities.
- Maintain buyer pipelines and existing client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Conduct property presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor Dubai real estate trends, developments, and investment opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience is required.
- Developer-side real estate experience is mandatory.
- Direct residential property sales experience and a record of closing transactions are required.
- Candidates should have experience with investors, HNWIs, and end-users.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is required.
- Fluency in English and at least one of Russian, Turkish, Italian, or Spanish is required.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
Required capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship management, sales, and business development skills are required.
