A leading real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive residential property sales and develop strong relationships with investors, HNWIs, and end-users.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai real estate sales, with mandatory experience working on the developer side.
The role requires strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, excellent client relationship skills, and a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and close residential property transactions.

Up to AED 10,000 per month
Experience
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of residential properties and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, HNWIs, end-users, and other high-value clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through personal networks and direct client engagement.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and property presentations through negotiation and deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential property and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Conduct professional property presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, property trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
