A leading Dubai real estate developer is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager.
The role focuses on residential property sales and relationships with investors, HNWIs, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct residential property sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Develop relationships with investors, HNWIs, end-users, and other high-value clients.
- Generate leads through personal networks and direct client engagement.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.
- Recommend suitable residential property and investment opportunities based on client requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Conduct property presentations and negotiations.
- Generate repeat and referral business from existing clients.
- Monitor Dubai real estate trends, developments, and investment opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience.
- Mandatory developer-side real estate experience.
- Proven direct residential property sales experience.
- A track record of closing transactions and achieving sales targets.
- An established network or experience with investors, HNWIs, and end-users.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Fluent English plus at least one of Russian, Turkish, Italian, or Spanish.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales and business development capabilities.
- Currently based in the UAE.
