The employer is hiring a Credit Analyst for a fast-growing fintech company in the UAE.
The role focuses on credit risk evaluation, lending decision support, and portfolio performance management.
Compensation
- Compensation is AED 10,000–12,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess SME customer creditworthiness using financial statements, bank data, and credit bureau reports.
- Conduct credit and risk analysis, prepare appraisal reports, and recommend limits, pricing, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify early warning signals.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and risk teams to support lending decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and UAE regulatory guidelines.
- Support credit reviews, renewals, and restructuring of facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Four to five years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Risk Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in FinTech, NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, lending products, and financial analysis.
- Experience handling SME, retail, or digital lending portfolios.
- Proficiency in Excel and credit analysis tools.
- Knowledge of UAE credit bureaus and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
