Role overview

The Regional Sales Manager drives commercial growth across the Middle East and India.

The role develops new business, manages key accounts, and supports complex project-based sales cycles.

The position is based in Dubai and requires frequent regional travel.

Sales and account responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East and India.
  • Manage long-cycle project sales, including tender processes, consultant engagement, and EPC contractor coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, integrators, and airport stakeholders.
  • Provide forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market insights to internal leadership.

Market and customer engagement

  • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to support customer requirements.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
  • Conduct customer visits, attend trade shows, and support project discussions across the region.

Qualifications and experience

  • 5–7 years of regional sales experience in industrial equipment, aviation, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project sales cycles.
  • Airport industry knowledge is required.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern and Indian business environments and procurement processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred experience

  • Experience within the airport industry is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with project sales is a strong advantage.
