Role Summary
Supports the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on relevant portals including Nafis, LinkedIn, Indeed etc
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate with universities and career fairs to source fresh talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
- Fresh candidates with genuine interest in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Bilingual Arabic/English required
