Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment as an internal recruiter, with a strong focus on commercial or sales roles
- Proven ability to build and maintain pipelines for high volume sales functions
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, performance indicators, and commercial business drivers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a results oriented mindset

Overview
