Overview

  • The Commercial Recruiter manages the full cycle recruitment process for our sales and commercial teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high performing sales talent, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet aggressive commercial growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically for sales talent, leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct in depth competency based interviews for sales roles, evaluating quota attainment, prospecting skills, and resilience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all commercial and sales related positions.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to align hiring activities with revenue targets and commercial growth plans.
  • Track and report on sales hiring metrics, including time to hire, quality of hire and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment working as an internal recruiter, with a strong focus on commercial or sales roles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain pipelines for high volume sales functions.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, performance indicators, and commercial business drivers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a results oriented mindset.
