Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships, and account based selling.
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Procurement leaders, and executive decision makers.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from initial engagement through negotiation, procurement, and close.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business value presentations aligned to customer priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers, positioning Qashio as a strategic long term partner.
  • Develop commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and successfully close high value opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene, ensuring high quality opportunity management.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Qashio at networking events, industry conferences, and customer meetings across Dubai.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to strengthen Qashio's market positioning in Dubai.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within FinTech, Payments, Expense Management, ERP, or high growth technology companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in quota carrying roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to finance leaders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Procurement, and senior executives.
  • An existing network within the Dubai business community is highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and articulate business value.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Highly self motivated with strong ownership, resilience, and accountability.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast paced, high growth startup environment.
