Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers across target industries
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points, business objectives, and operational challenges
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that clearly communicate the value of Qashio's solutions
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process from initial outreach to closing
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position Qashio
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS, FinTech, or high growth technology company
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and business development activities
- Experience managing a sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations and closing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Professional, resilient, and self motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and position value based solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment with changing priorities
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activities

Role Overview

- As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building your own sales pipeline, and introducing prospective customers to Qashio's solutions.
- This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience who enjoys outbound prospecting, engaging decision makers, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
