- Supervise recreation activities, spa, kids club, and squash courts

- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and hygiene
- Manage inventory of pool equipment, towels, and sports equipment
- Plan and organize staff recreation programs and tournaments
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

Position Summary
- Under the general direction of the Assistant Recreation Manager, Recreation Manager or delegate.
- Helps ensure that policy and safety manual are enforced.
- Helps ensure safety of guests and employees.
- Helps with On The Job Training by the Recreation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all excursions, pool activities, tennis & squash activities, and spa activities are done according to operational standards.
- Responsible for safety of guests and employees at pool, tennis & squash courts, spa, and while on excursion.
- Monitor all lifeguards, tennis instructor, pool supervisor, kids club attendants, yoga and aerobics instructors, spa area, and excursion guides.
- Monitor maintaining and cleaning of pool(s), tennis & squash courts, and spa.
- Conduct routine inspections of area under control to ensure quality and hygiene.
- Responsible for inventory of pool equipment, towels, tennis & squash equipment, and excursion equipment.
- Check excursions regularly and enforce punctuality, quality, safety, and top maintained equipment.
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and posture of personnel.
- Plan recreation programs for staff including soccer, water polo, soccer tennis, table tennis, squash, tennis, and volleyball tournaments.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Recreation Manager.
- Understand and adhere to Rules & Regulations in Employees Handbook and hotel policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.
- Report and rectify all potential and real hazards immediately.
