- Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen expo line to the correct tables and guests
- Check every dish before it leaves the kitchen to ensure it matches the ticket order and meets presentation standards
- Describe dishes accurately as they are served to guests and answer any immediate questions
- Communicate guest requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy alerts clearly between servers and the kitchen
- Keep the kitchen expo line clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist servers and bussers by clearing empty plates, wiping down tables, and refilling water or bread when needed
- Return dirty dishes and glassware to the dishwashing station
- Complete opening, closing, and sidework duties, including sweeping, restocking, and trash disposal

Runner
- The Runner supports the kitchen and service teams by delivering food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests' tables. This role is vital for maintaining high speed service, food presentation standards, and a smooth flow between the front and back of the house.
Food Delivery & Quality Control
- Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen expo line to the correct tables and guests.
- Check every dish before it leaves the kitchen to ensure it matches the ticket order and meets presentation standards.

Station Maintenance & Support
