- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Handle guest check ins, bookings, appointments, and inquiries
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence professionally
- Coordinate with other Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain the reception and waiting area to luxury hospitality standards
- Provide guests with information about treatments, memberships, facilities, and services
- Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Support daily administrative and front desk operations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Receptionist in a luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or upscale hospitality brand within the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience using booking or POS systems is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
- Currently based in the UAE and available for interviews
