Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and conduct property viewings
- Guide clients through leasing, purchasing, and renewal processes
- Communicate with Arabic speaking clients
- Prepare and review lease documents
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants
- Support administration of real estate transactions
- Maintain accurate property records
- Monitor market trends
- Assist with negotiations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and support business development
Requirements
- Strong understanding of real property, real estate markets, and property management practices
- Experience with lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation
- Proficient negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related field in UAE is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and standard real estate procedures in Abu Dhabi
- Strong organizational, time management, and record keeping abilities
- Comfort working on site, meeting clients in person, and conducting property tours
- Proficiency with basic office software and real estate listing or CRM systems
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or related discipline is an advantage

Role Description
