Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off plan properties, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the buying process from initial inquiry to closing
- Respond to leads, conduct market research on new developments, arrange and attend client meetings
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools
- Advise clients on investment options, payment plans, and project features
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth transaction experience
- Support after sales service and maintain ongoing relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including ability to present property information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
- Understanding of Property Management concepts and real estate processes, especially related to off plan projects
- Knowledge of Investments and Finance principles relevant to real estate, such as ROI, payment plans, and mortgage basics
- Customer Service skills with a client focused mindset and ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage; freshers with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and comfort working with property listings platforms
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for client meetings, events, and property visits as needed

Role Description
