Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Property Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi, offering a 50% commission structure.
  • The Property Advisor will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, presenting suitable options, and negotiating offers.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining up to date knowledge of local property markets, advising clients on investment opportunities, and coordinating property management related queries.
  • The role involves delivering consistent customer service, preparing and updating listings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and documentation.
  • The Property Advisor is expected to build and sustain a personal client portfolio, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Property Management practices, including coordination of property viewings, documentation, and after sales support.
  • Understanding of Investments and real estate market trends to advise clients on potential returns and investment strategies.
  • Customer Service skills to provide responsive, client focused support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
  • Basic to intermediate Finance knowledge to discuss pricing, payment plans, and investment viability with clients.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and property market dynamics in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site, manage multiple client engagements, and meet performance and commission targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are preferred.
