- Advise clients on luxury property purchases, sales, and investments
- Conduct property viewings and prepare sales proposals
- Manage client inquiries and maintain long term client relationships
- Research market trends and evaluate property values
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction process
- Maintain consistent follow up, professional negotiation, and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including fluency in one or more of Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or Spanish, and proficient English
- Knowledge of Property Management practices and local real estate regulations
- Understanding of Investments and Finance related to real estate transactions
- Proven Customer Service skills with a client focused approach
- Previous experience in luxury real estate sales or high value client advisory is highly desirable
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
