- Guide clients through the process of purchasing off plan properties
- Meet prospective buyers and conduct property presentations
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Support clients through reservation and documentation
- Maintain regular communication with clients, follow up on leads, and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
- Stay up to date on new projects and market trends
- Contribute to sales targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong client facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial products
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a client advisory role, preferably within the UAE market
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow up skills with a proactive approach to lead generation
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Role Description
- Guide clients through the process of purchasing off plan properties.

- Use Arabic and English in client interactions and represent Roots Origin Properties professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong client facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction.

- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both spoken and written.
