Responsibilities
- Guide clients through high value real estate investment decisions
- Meet prospective and existing clients, assess financial objectives, and recommend suitable luxury properties and investment strategies
- Conduct market research, prepare investment proposals, and present detailed analyses of potential returns and risks
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, provide portfolio updates, and identify new opportunities to enhance investment performance
Requirements
- Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills
- Expertise in Investments and Investment Strategies
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Relevant experience in real estate investment advisory, private banking, or wealth management, ideally within luxury or high net worth segment
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market and applicable regulations
- Proficiency in English required
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; professional certifications in finance or investment are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and applicable regulations; proficiency in English required, additional languages are beneficial
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple client engagements, and operate with a high level of integrity and discretion
