  • Roots Origin Properties is a real estate firm specializing in luxury off plan developments in Abu Dhabi and key regional markets.

Role Description

  • The Luxury Off Plan Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, focused on selling premium off plan properties and providing investment guidance to clients.
  • Day to day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective buyers, conducting property presentations, and managing site and showroom visits.
  • The specialist will maintain regular contact with clients, respond to inquiries, and deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Additional duties include preparing and updating sales reports, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and staying informed about market trends and project updates.
  • This role is commission based, with a 50% commission structure that rewards strong sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present opportunities clearly, and build lasting relationships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and provide responsive, professional support before and after sales.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within real estate or luxury products.
  • Candidates should possess Training capabilities to continuously learn about new projects and market trends, and to share knowledge with colleagues when needed.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track leads, maintain client databases, and prepare basic sales and performance reports.
  • Prior experience in real estate, especially off plan or luxury property sales, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property markets, investment concepts, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment, manage multiple clients, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
