About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop property leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and business-development activities.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective clients.
• Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Guide clients through sales and leasing from initial inquiry to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, properties, and transactions.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate developments, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales or leasing targets.
• Provide customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Represent the employer professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, customer-service, and relationship-building abilities are required.
• A motivated, ambitious, target-oriented, organized, and positive approach is expected.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• English proficiency is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• A UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude are expected.

Workplace and Compensation

• The work location is in person.
• Pay is stated as up to AED 1.00 per month.
