Bilingual Real Estate Agent (Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, etc.)

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for Bilingual Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, German, or other languages, in addition to English.

The successful candidate will work with local and international buyers, investors, sellers, and landlords, providing professional property advice and guiding clients through the complete real estate sales process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Develop a network of clients within your language market through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Generate and qualify new property sales leads.
• Understand clients' requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language.
• Negotiate offers, prices, and terms to successfully close transactions.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients to maximize sales conversions.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new developments, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages, such as:
• Mandarin
• Farsi/Persian
• Arabic
• Russian
• Spanish
• French
• German
• Other international languages are welcome.
• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or a target-driven sales environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident in dealing with international clients and investors.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE property market is an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
