Role overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a Mandarin- and English-speaking real estate agent for its Abu Dhabi team.

The role develops Mandarin-speaking client relationships, generates business, promotes property opportunities, and manages transactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Mandarin-speaking buyers, investors, sellers, and landlords.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, calls, and business-development activities.
  • Identify client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct viewings, present properties, communicate in Mandarin and English, and negotiate transactions.
  • Manage the sales process, maintain records, follow up with prospects, monitor the market, and achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous real estate, property sales, or target-driven sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing skills are required.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is advantageous.
  • A UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building, customer-service, and communication abilities are expected.
