- Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for hotel development and operations
- Conduct preliminary site assessments and feasibility studies
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and key stakeholders
- Collect and analyze market data related to the real estate and hospitality sectors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and investment opportunity summaries
- Coordinate with internal departments during project evaluation and development stages
- Assist in negotiations, contracts, and documentation related to new projects
- Support the implementation of the company's expansion plans and growth strategy
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development or the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Good analytical and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English (written and spoken)

الهدف من الوظيفة / Job Purpose
- المساهمة في التوسع الاستراتيجي لمجموعة فنادق إيواء من خلال البحث عن الفرص العقارية المناسبة، ودراسة المواقع الجديدة، والتنسيق مع الملاك والمطورين العقاريين لدعم خطط النمو والتشغيل.
- Support the expansion strategy of Ewaa Hotels Group by identifying suitable real estate opportunities, evaluating potential hotel locations, and coordinating with property owners and developers to facilitate business growth.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية / Key Responsibilities
- البحث عن الفرص العقارية المناسبة لتطوير أو تشغيل الفنادق.
- إجراء الدراسات الأولية للمواقع وتقييم جدواها التشغيلية والاستثمارية.
- بناء علاقات مهنية مع ملاك العقارات والمطورين والجهات ذات العلاقة.
- جمع وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بالسوق العقاري وقطاع الضيافة.
- إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية الخاصة بالفرص الاستثمارية.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لاستكمال إجراءات التقييم والتطوير.
- متابعة المفاوضات والعقود والمستندات المتعلقة بالمشاريع العقارية.
- المساهمة في تنفيذ استراتيجية التوسع الخاصة بالمجموعة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات / Qualifications & Requirements
- سعودي الجنسية.
- درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، العقارات، الهندسة، التسويق أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التطوير العقاري أو قطاع الفنادق.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- Saudi National.
