Job Opportunity

  • Ewaa Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing strategy across its hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and strengthen the Iwaa Hotels brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Oversee the company's website, social media platforms, content marketing, and digital presence.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI), providing data driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, influencers, media partners, and tourism organizations.
  • Plan and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring cost effective spending.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and brand assets.
  • Support hotel openings, new property launches, and promotional events through comprehensive marketing plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, brand management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multi channel marketing campaigns and performance analytics.
  • Good understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), hotel distribution channels, and digital booking platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.

  • SAR 7,000.00 SAR 12,000.00 per month
