Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage and strengthen the Ewaa Hotels brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing communications
- Oversee the company's website, social media platforms, content marketing, and digital presence
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, providing data driven recommendations
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Develop partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, influencers, media partners, and tourism organizations
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring cost effective spending
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and brand assets
- Support hotel openings, new property launches, and promotional events through comprehensive marketing plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, brand management, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing multi channel marketing campaigns and performance analytics
- Good understanding of OTAs, hotel distribution channels, and digital booking platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, brand management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multi channel marketing campaigns and performance analytics.
- Good understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), hotel distribution channels, and digital booking platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
