Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence
- Drive hotel performance through effective management of occupancy, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs across all departments
- Collaborate with Hotel General Managers and department heads to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, health & safety requirements, and hospitality industry guidelines
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Support hotel openings, transitions, and expansion projects when required
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience
- At least 5 years in a senior multi property operations role
- Proven experience managing multiple hotels simultaneously
- Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, and quality standards
- Fluency in English and Arabic
