- Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities of the housekeeping team
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas are maintained according to hotel standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and compliance with operational procedures
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring cost effective stock management
- Manage departmental budgets and control operating expenses
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and hotel policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and quality control procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS) is preferred
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Overview

Qualifications

Pay
- SAR 4,000.00 SAR 4,500.00 per month
