- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management policies, standards, and procedures across all hotel properties
- Conduct regular quality audits, operational inspections, and compliance assessments
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, online reviews, and customer feedback, ensuring effective corrective actions
- Analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Ensure compliance with company standards, hospitality best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Design and deliver quality awareness and service excellence training programs
- Follow up on audit findings and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, quality assurance, and service excellence standards
- Experience conducting operational audits and managing quality improvement programs
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
