Job Opportunity – Quality Manager (Hospitality)

  • Ewaa Hotels is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to lead the company's quality management function across its hotel portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, monitoring operational compliance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management policies, standards, and procedures across all hotel properties.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, operational inspections, and compliance assessments.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, online reviews, and customer feedback, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.
  • Analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, hospitality best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Design and deliver quality awareness and service excellence training programs.
  • Follow up on audit findings and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, quality assurance, and service excellence standards.
  • Experience conducting operational audits and managing quality improvement programs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay

  • SAR 7,000.00 SAR 17,000.00 per month
