Responsibilities
- Manage all Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Services
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Front Office team
- Monitor daily operations, occupancy levels, and room availability to maximize revenue opportunities
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, and other departments to maintain seamless operations
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience
- At least 2 years as a Front Office Manager in a 4 star or 5 star hotel
- Previous experience working within a hotel group or multi property environment is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and lead high performing teams
