Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis for real estate development projects, including cash flow projections, IRR, and NPV calculations
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate new investment and development opportunities
- Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, reviewing financial, legal, and operational documentation
- Prepare high quality investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including project management, legal, and finance
- Assist with preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline
- Proven experience in a real estate analysis, development, or investment role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in creating complex financial models
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, valuation techniques, and development processes
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and extensive experience in creating complex financial models from scratch.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, valuation techniques, and development processes.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and commercially astute individual with a genuine passion for the real estate industry.
