- Support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Prospect and qualify leads
- Conduct property viewings
- Provide informed guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and review documents
- Coordinate with developers and property owners
- Manage negotiations to close successful transactions
- Maintain an up to date property portfolio and update listings on relevant platforms
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet sales targets
Requirements
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market trends
- Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Effective Negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working on site and managing a dynamic schedule
- Strong organizational, follow up, and CRM skills
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client centric mindset

Role Description
- Support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, with focus on Arabic speaking clients.
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and provide informed guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and review documents, coordinate with developers and property owners, and manage negotiations to close transactions.
- Maintain an up to date property portfolio, update listings on relevant platforms, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market trends and regulations.
- Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English.
