Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License and relevant local certifications
- Strong real estate and property knowledge including market trends and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience meeting targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort using real estate CRM systems and basic office software
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related property/sales role in UAE preferred

Role Description
- Manage property listings, arrange and conduct viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Prospect for new leads, respond to client inquiries, provide market insights, and prepare necessary documentation and contracts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients in Arabic and English, negotiate offers, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local market trends, property regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and relevant local real estate certifications.
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends, property valuation, and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven Sales and negotiation skills with experience meeting targets and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with ability to build trust and maintain long term client relationships.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort using real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software.
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related property/sales role in the UAE is preferred.
