Responsibilities
- Support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market trends and pricing
- Prepare and present property proposals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and listings
- Respond to inquiries, negotiate offers, and coordinate with landlords and developers
- Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Strong consulting and real estate skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Effective sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Fluency in Arabic with good proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and property documentation processes
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Prior experience in real estate or related customer facing field preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Property Consultant | Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Property Consultant will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and pricing, preparing and presenting property proposals, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and listings.
- The role also involves responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, coordinating with landlords and developers, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations.
- The Property Consultant will collaborate closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed property advice and market insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Fluency in Arabic, with good proficiency in English, is required for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and property documentation processes is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple clients and listings.
- Prior experience in real estate or a related customer facing field is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
