About the Role

Requirements
- Strong client facing skills including clear communication and active listening
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi real estate market and property valuation basics
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems
- Prior real estate or sales experience highly beneficial
- RERA or equivalent real estate certification or license is an advantage
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills are an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Role Description
- Manage property listings and support owners through the selling and leasing process.
- Prospect and secure new listings, conduct property assessments, prepare listing presentations.
- Advise owners on pricing, marketing strategy, and market conditions.
- Create and update listing details, coordinate professional photos and property staging when needed.
- Ensure all information is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings, property viewings, negotiation of offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support closing procedures and documentation.
- Maintain strong local market knowledge and uphold high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities, with experience handling offers, counteroffers, and closing deals.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and documentation.
- Knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi real estate market, property valuation basics, and relevant regulatory or legal requirements.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for listing management, CRM systems, online property portals, and standard office software.
- Ability to work on site, adapt to a dynamic environment, collaborate with internal teams.
- Prior real estate or sales experience is highly beneficial; RERA or equivalent real estate certification or license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
