Requirements
- Strong real estate and real property knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Proven sales experience with ability to generate leads, manage client pipeline, and meet sales targets
- Effective negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
- Customer focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or consultant preferred

Role Description
- The Real Estate Consultant will help clients buy, sell, and lease properties by conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and providing detailed market insights in Arabic and English.
- Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of properties, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting clients throughout negotiations and contract processes.
- The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on local real estate regulations and trends, and participating in training or meetings to improve service quality and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, manage a client pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Effective Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and close transactions efficiently.
- Experience in Training or mentoring, with the ability to share best practices and support team development.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with clear, professional communication skills.
- Customer focused mindset, high ethical standards, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or consultant is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage.
