- Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing process
- Prospect for new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and review contracts, coordinate with property owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities
- Handle inquiries, provide timely follow up, and ensure documentation and transactions comply with local regulations
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License
- Solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices in Abu Dhabi or UAE
- Strong Real Estate knowledge including local market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes
- Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM or real estate listing platforms
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent | Arabic speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process from initial consultation to closing.
- Prospect for new leads, maintain relationships with existing clients, prepare and review contracts, and coordinate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Handle inquiries, provide timely follow up, and ensure all documentation and transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
- Strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and contracts.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM or real estate listing platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field is preferred.
