Responsibilities
- Handle property listings and conduct viewings
- Guide clients through property selection, negotiation, and closing processes
- Respond to inquiries and maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, and landlords
- Manage documentation in line with local regulations
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Prepare market analyses and stay informed about property trends and pricing
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate listing information and high quality client service
- Achieve sales targets consistently
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and procedures
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge including market trends and valuation
- Sales skills focused on lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Customer Service skills with clear communication in Arabic and English
- Prior experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM and property listing platforms (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent | Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through property selection, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining regular communication with buyers, sellers, and landlords, and managing documentation in line with local regulations.
- The role involves generating leads, following up on prospects, preparing market analyses, and staying informed about current property trends and pricing.
- The Real Estate Agent will work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate listing information, high quality client service, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate regulations and procedures.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends, valuation principles, and property types in Abu Dhabi.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills focused on lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication in Arabic and English, active listening, and client relationship management.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, proficiency with CRM and property listing platforms, valid UAE driving license, and strong organizational and time management skills.
